What if we Reimagined Art Collection?
When mother & son duo, Pamela Auchincloss and Sloan Madoff, ideated S.M.Art Exchange the premise was simple. If one were to start with a blank canvas how would they design an art collection model that existed for and by art collectors, not dealers/auction houses/intermediaries?
The S.M.Art Exchange was founded in 2020 as a network of likeminded collectors connected through a proprietary platform to both manage their existing collections and transact with their peers. The Modus Operandi is based on the core value of transparency: to ensure collectors are always in the loop whether that be in the negotiation of a transaction, fees, or the underlying value of what they own.
